I have 2 moon programs and always look at both. Yes my time on computer is correct. But the other moon program which is Quick Phase Pro is always different than yours. Which is correct? at this current moment it says 1% full.

Correct is the one that is in accordance with... the moon (of course).
You can just have a look out of your window and verify that the software shows the correct moon phase.

What is going on? I am having things go wrong on every corner and my friends are having abnormal events happening to them? Is somrthing out of line or what, why does it seem something is wrong in the universe?
